The planning process for an event can be a bit stressful so we’ve come up with five key tips to assist with your planning process:
1. WHAT IS YOUR BUDGET?
This is SUPER IMPORTANT. Budgeting is such an essential and it’s important to discuss this with your planner. Budgets can fluctuate but make sure to keep track of all the out-of-pocket costs for your event. As the coordinator, we will make sure to offer services that align with your budget and keep you on track.
2. WHAT'S THE THEME OR VISION?
When guests attend your event, what do you want them to takeaway and how do you want them to feel? If you’re having trouble, we are always here to stir you in the right direction.
3. SET A TIMELINE?
The best events need proper time and preparation so map out your schedule to the best of your ability. Consult with your planner to make sure you’re keeping up with your timeline.
4. SET CLEAR EXPECTATIONS WITH YOUR EVENT PLANNER!
Our job is to make the client happy (ALWAYS). Let the planner know how you work. Are you more laid back or meticulous? COMMUNICATION IS KEY.
5. ENJOY THE MOMENT!
You’ve done all this planning and the day is finally here! This is your time to unwind and engage with your guests. Trust that you’re in good hands!
